I had my ACL surgery in May and I started my physio bit late at Urban Rehab. Although my rehab is bit lag behind, the team guided me well in ensuring my rehab journey is back on track. In my last checkup with Doctor, the doctor mentioned my range of motion,muscle strength is better.

I had metatarsalgia on my left foot. After a few sessions with Yamuna, the severity has become lesser and lesser. She is also knowledgeable and has years of experience in physiotherapy. I will definitely coming back to Urban Sport Rehab for any sport injury.

I was treated by Puga for a shoulder dislocation. Significant improvement to my shoulder mobility and strength. I'm a lot more confident using my shoulder now. She was also very helpful in assisting me with my insurance claims for the treatment.

I had my footdrop since 2013's accident, and I thought that's the permenant injury for me.

Thanks to Yamuna, she found that my foot was still reflexing after some testing, and she's giving me a lot of positive mindset.

She's very patience and profession on her work. Though it's just the beginning of physioterapy, I can feel definitely I'll regain better mobility and strength on my injured leg with the continuous treatment.

Is actually good to rehab with ms puga , it allow me more understand my body . After rehab with her I starting to feel my body is more stable when plying basketball , is good to see my body have perform better and it seems like I found my weakness .

I had my ankle sprain injury since last August. I went to others physio centre and got discharged when i still haven't fully healed. So i found urban sport centre and decided to continue my treatment here. Yamuna is so professional and friendly that she told me a lot knowledge about ankle ligament sprain, taught me strength training exercise to build back my ankle muscle and proper posture to avoid from injury.
She is not only doing her work but really a compassionate person that she will always concern about my mum who got sick. I'm so appreciate it.
So for those who're looking for physio treatment i would highly recommend urban sport centre and you'll never regret it ❤️
